I've seen post a while ago about short shift kits for the A4.. Someone mentioned so and so was in the process of manufacturing one.. Anyone heard of anything yet or know someone that sells one or maybe have one?<p>I hate the long throw on my A4!!!<p>Dmak 1.8TQMS

I'm trying to control myself...but you obviously remember my email !<p>To the rest of the prison population - What Steve is referring to is my comments to him about how the only times that people ever miss shifts on a race track when I'm in the car with them (I'm sort of a King Hell instructor weasel) is when they have short shift kits in the car. <p>I may not know what mods they've done to the car, but the first time they go for 3rd and catch 1st, I'll always say "So...how much did the short shift kit cost ?" followed by "..and how much does a new crankshaft, rods and pistons cost ?".<p>Oh well, it's your car, you can do anything you want to it...<p>John<p>
