I was qouted a price of $32,000 for a 2002 S4 with 28,000 miles. From what I can tell this is a great deal, appears almost too good. The offer is from an Audi dealer and includes the extended maint pkg. Any thoughts?

If you're not going to put alot of miles on it, or if that price includes the Audi assured warranty (for example past the 4yr/50K to total 6 yr/100K) and its a manual transmition it's a smokin deal - provided you like th color and other things.
