Here's what happened, in a nutshell. My Avant was pulling to the right, took it in at 15k for alignment, 11 months after I picked it up. Service guy said tire's are faulty, and they did something to temporarily fix it (perhaps rotated them...). 5k later at 20k, it pulls way to the right at all times. Took it back for service and now they are telling me I need new tires - they were not faulty after all. Is that possible?

I don't drive hard often - and they certainly appeared to have lots of tread left before it started pulling to the right. Even now they look good except for the damage done to the front ones from the uneven pull.

Tempted to tell them to keep it if they're not replacing the front ones...Thoughts? Am I getting screwed or should I have needed new tires at 15k?

The SP9000s are suppose to last longer.
