need to replace one remote/key how much to do the whole thing from the dealer?

Is it cheaper to ebay the remote...ebay blank blade then have someone progran it and dealer cut the key.....any advice on doing this the cheapest way?

(i was thinking of returning a remote with a blank key but they might bill me later)
