Just brought my 2003 Cab to the dealer to fix a problem with the top/liner. Specifically, the rear passenger side portion of the liner (where it touches the rear side windows) came loose and had dangling pieces of thread.

The dealer (Tischer) has been quite helpful but told me that they will need to bring it to another facility/shop (which I assume is not affiliated with the dealer) in Laurel,MD.

1. Has anyone ever experienced this type of problem before?

2. Any experience with the Laurel shop? Is it an upholstery shop?

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
