Experienced lurching when coming to a slow stop in traffic since day one, as others have. Twenty months and many other repairs later (O2 & MAF Sensors, ECU, Cleaning Throttle Body, some kind of circuit board, Audi finally approved a new tranny.

With all of these new parts I'm starting to feel like my '03 is really an '04.

I will post the results after a week of driving.

He called me back before my appointment, and said his dept couldn't review my CVT over the weekend because they only do light service work during the weekends. He says the CVT is complicated machinary and the more knowledgable technicians are only available during the weekdays. So I resheduled my appointment to a weekday.

But he wanted to get me into a loaner car "just to be safe". I interpreted that to mean that he probably suspects the car might be in the shop more than one day. We'll see.

In a way I'm scared by some of these warning signs, but also I'm a little happy that they're taking my request seriously to review it. If there is something wrong with it, I want them to fix it. I had another dealer look at the CVT and never really fixed it. So I'm hoping I can get some better results with this new dealership.

Yes, let us know how your tranny is after a few days of driving.
