Other than the standard gripes/issues with potential scratching, does anyone have any experince with Saris bike racks. Using their fit guide they say that:

http://www.saris-products.com/products/bones2.htm

is suitable for use with the Cab.

I have been looking at hitch mount like products like the one available from birdautomotive, but figured I would make one last check on traditional trunck mount carriers before I went that route.

Thanks

pretty nice, but you end up with a square under or in the lower part of the bumper. I had a 2" non-towing receiver put on my VW Golf, which cuts into the plastic skirt of the bumber. Because the car is black, a black hitch isn't objectionable. It was bolted and welded on by Echart Hitch and is rated at 250 pounds. I use a Hollywood 2-bike rack that folds up and down, or can be completely removed. Very secure transport for my bikes which don't even touch the car. Decide on the bike rack first, then look into mounting a receiver, before purchasing anything.
