He says they finally got approval from Audi to replace the liner. This after about 6 wks since they had my car.

They have to order the part, get it in and book appt with me, send it out to another shop. At least they are giving me a car for the 2+ days it will be out.

I told him if all they do is replace the liner it will happen again. That it needs parts. Caribicblue, caster, didn't you guys have this done? part #?


maybe it is good if it happens again. 3 more times and it's a lemon in CA.

also have your dealer call a tech rep at AoA for the plastic part.

also why is your liner being replace? cause of a small rip on the passenger side? if you liner is gray did you have black lines going across it?

btw - my board is being coded!

are you sure your cornea isn't etched with black lines, you see them everywhere. *grin* :)

No, I don't see them.

It is being replaced because it has torn away from the top. The stitching is coming out and it is hanging down like some ghetto mobile.
