I live in southern california (orange county). Does anyone recommend any particular dealership in the region? I am seriously considering leasing an A4 cab.
Note: Although Commenwealth Audi is the closest dealer to my house, I will not even consider leasing from them due to extremely poor customer service and treatment that I received from them in the past.

... They took over Steve Taub's dealership (who I would not have recommended) and seem eager to establish a customer base. Also, Anthony in service is really friendly and accomidating. That is, if he still works there. Audi maintenance people have a high turnaround due to Audi's strict 5 point customer satisfaction rating system.

try the new Audi dealership in Mission Viejo, off avery parkway...
a lot of the good sales reps left Commonweath to work there. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Rusnak Audi in Pasedena, but that was for a purchase on a special order. Rusnak may be too far away for you. Perhaps consider Pacific Audi in Torrence. They had a large selection when we visited there. Still, Rusnak would be our choice for the next purchase. Best of luck to you.

Beverly Hills is the WORST buying experience I've ever had.
I needed to buy five cars last year...just moved back to the US. I bought 2 Audis( A4 Cab, S6 Avant, 2 Jettas and a Freelander). All came from diferent dealers. BH Audi was 1. grossly over-priced, into old-stlye dealer games, lied about the car, lied about their web-posted prices, slow on delivery, slow to solve 6 ! dealer caused problems on delivery day....etc.
However, they have great service...I take both cars there.

BH Audi is the worst buying experience I have ever had. They are over priced and play the old-style dealer games..."let me check with my manager" etc. However, I love their service...and that is available from them if you buy from them or not. Rusnak in Pasadena seems to have a good honest sales staff...and they seem ready to deal.
