ok after reading reviews here I went out and purchased the windscreen for 4 something ( it didnt come with my car b/c I got cloth interior due to my dog. next time im just getting leather). I tried it out a few times and it works well.

my problem is I love the feeling of a convertible.

The only time I can understand the windscreen being used are in the following condition

1. a lady is in the car and she doesnt want her hair and what not f-up

2. you want to take a nice drive and talk

3. you are going to an occasion and have to stay cute.

BESIDE the above reasons I see no use for the windscreen. It totally KILLS the convertible feeling when I use it!

Ready for the flamers!

I like the wind blowing all over.

But, it's cool to have the screen and windows up and have a quiet cabin. It's a nice option :)

cool nights with heat on, make it like a big sunroof.

Anyways, anyone else hear the clicking of the screen when you hit about 80 with the windows down?? This kinda bugs me...

... but I always leave it installed even when not using it. Only put it in the trunk when I have people in the back or when I carry my longboard.

I drive the cab on the highway daily, so the windscreen is a must for me.

My GF really complains when the top is down and no screen. it's good for hiding stuff when the top is in place as well.

reason #1 (having a woman in the car) is exactly the reason you don't really need one.

Glad you have a dog though. :-D
