when i brought in my car, they gave me the run around. Then i called the manager and sat down with him and showed them the notes i had taken with all my interactions with them. After that he got the right resources on the job and i have been happy ever since.

lesson: take detailed notes, noting date, time and person you are speaking with.

Audi-

Audi North Scottsdale, i would give them an A-

was very good. (Beverly Hills Porsche/Audi service on SantaMonica Blvd W.LA.) There had been no problems with the car since delivery except for a wheel imbalance above 75mph. Besides checking over everything and changing the oil and filter. They agreed with me on the tire balance. So they re-balanced and did a rotation, including it under warranty service. They offered to return the car washed, but I asked not to. (OK, I'm a picky hand-wash by me-only guy.) I am happy with Audi Service so far (8,800+ miles, Silver/Blue/Blue 3.0)

This is my first Audi and I'm not getting that warm fuzzy feeling from all these negative service post out here. I'm due for my 5K service soon and I'm scared...

I have had very good service from Acura in the past thus I only have this to compare to.

Lets' here something positive from any SoCal Service comments.
