I know how you feel. I wanted a 2003 with the lower APR and thought I had one until I drove down to the dealership and then they told me that the rate no longer applied. I ended up leaving and got a 2004 for only dealer fees above sticker - came to approx. $900. The deal was for $500 more until they screwed me around. A wasted and fustrated day cost them $500. Deals can be had, but not easily.
