Wrecked my Audi A6 2.8...
Swerved to miss a deer, and put it into a city fence, front end was all mangled, drivers door, and rear quarter panel are dented in severly.
Think it may be a good candidate for a total...

Only thing hurt was my ego, wel, my car was pretty smashed up as well.. Got the insurance company working on it (Progressive) I'll let you all know how this process works, and how well progressive stands behind their advertising!

Glad to hear that noone was hurt. Keep us posted and stop by the Pub on Tuesday, I'll by you a beer. Hell, maybe you can get a sympathy kiss from Lisa. ;-)

I'm glad you were able to walk away from it. By the looks of the pictures, I'd say try to make sure it gets totalled. The front end looks slightly twisted. Once that happens, it will never ride or handle the same way again (even if they try to straighten it out).
Reminds me of when a friend of mine hit a horse with his Accord. It went up over the hood and landed in the front passenger seat (by means of going through the windshield and roof). It got totalled although the only major damage was the roof (now considered too weak to support a rollover crash). I think you have a good chance of getting it totalled and not have to deal with all of the repairs.
Hopefully, you won't have to deal with a lot of paperwork, can get a totalled value, and start looking into a replacement.
