Might be selling the S4.

Lookin to get 1200. Bought it 3 months ago for 1600 and it took over 4 months for me to get it (high demand i guess).

If you have a Symphony radio like the one below it will be a direct plug and play. I have the harness, gps antenna, and DVD map.

I'll even throw in the two 2gb SD cards for free and SD card writer.

Looks like someone on the navplus site put an A4/S4 unit in their S8. Is the outer edge of yours tapered towards the bottom like this one?

As you can see the b6 unit is boxier than the tapered b5 unit.

I'm no expert though.

Is this a US unit?

When i talked to Scott at Rival he had US units also selling for about $300 more than EU units. He advised me that when he reflashed them that it esentially becomes a US version(?). I'm no expert though. He advised me not to get the US version unless i wanted to pay $300 to sleep better at night. I've had no problems with it at all.

You might run into some problems with installation with the b7. The harness i have is for a b6. (oh, i see you have a b6 also) Again i am no expert but if we have the same radio it should work i guess. If not i think you can buy the harness for like $30 from Rival.

Like i said, I MIGHT be selling my car this Saturday. Nothing is 100% yet so to speak. If i do sell the car i'll e-mail you this weekend and maybe we can set something up if you're still interested.

Three more questions for you:

The harness you are using is it for a Bose or non-Bose?

Can you get the units to display in miles vs. kilometers (like shown in the picture)?

Are you willing to ship it to me in Louisiana and what would you charge?

I might be willing to ship it. I'd charge whatever the shipping is, no clue what that would be, i dont do this stuff regularly.

Obviously i would rather sell it locally so i dont have to deal with all the long distance mess but if nobody else speaks up local its yours.

You guys with b5s be glad that there are always options for you when you want more speed. I dont care what you drive, after about a year its not going to seem as fast as it once was and you'll either have to mod or get something else.

Since there arent any real mods for the v8 im thinking of getting a jeep and a bike. Best of both worlds.
