Wow, what a great event. APR was in attendance and they brought in Ian Baas and Randy Pobst. They took people for rides in the APR tuned 911 turbos, dammit those cars are fast everywhere.

Ian and Randy gave chalk talks at lunchtime and even personally instructed a lucky few. I got familiar with traqmate (gps data acquisition) and Randy talked to me for an hour about lines and braking points. Helped me shave about 2 seconds off my lap times.

If any APR folks read this I offer my thanks for bringing those guys in. Great event!

APR was at Road Atlanta in May with Ian and Randy, too. They looked very busy, however, and were running about 10 cars on and off the track.

Were they shooting video?

Randy and Ian were there to help tune the suspension pkg APR is developing for the Turbos. I can't speak to the suspension program but I'm pretty sure they've got the tuning figured out. The cars ran like a top while turning consistent 1:40s.
