I just caught the story. The guys name was James Chang but he was 22, and a student at Georgia Southern, found shot in his Audi (Black B5 with RS6 rims) in some random apartment complex in Cobb County. Anyone know the guy? Here's a link to the news story. Fox5 has the video story.
