I was going to work, and as I was getting on to the ramp to I-75 SB (at Cumberland Blvd), there was a cop shooting laser.
Here is the wierd part. He is less than .1mile from the top of the ramp and the ramp is going down hill, so he could not have been shooting anything other than us. I cant quite figure out what he was trying to get. There is no point to laser-ing people before they even have room to get up to speed. Sure, I find myself excessively exceeding the (interstate) speed limit on the ramp every once in a while, but he would have been better off sitting on the interstate just after the river, like most cops do (assuming he was state, i forget).

I also noticed that a cop had someone pulled over in the northbound lanes, just inside Cobb county, but these two events had to be unrelated.

I came over a hill, and saw a cop with a bazooka on his shoulder. The closer I got, the quicker the realization that it was laser became. Talk about scared for a second, tho!!
