View Full Version : YO...anyone is the Atlanta area know where there are 100 octane gas stations? Zdrajca Polski 11-30-2005, 07:23 PM what's the highest that Shell goes up to? Crabapple Shell station in Roswell. 2. Kangaroo station at I-985 & 53 in Oakwood. 3. Some place in Woodstock that I've never been. Cheapest is in Oakwood. I don't think there's much difference in quality between the high octane fuels. gaijin 12-01-2005, 07:30 AM Zdrajca Polski 12-01-2005, 08:30 AM Can you give a more specific location? I might have had crazy directions tho. RedWing 12-02-2005, 09:54 AM I found it eventually. Mapquest wasn't too helpful. RobC 12-02-2005, 07:24 PM Since I live in Duluth, I got on 120 heading west. It eventually turns into Rucker Rd. Turn right onto Broadwell (traffic light). The Shell station is on the far left corner at the next light. It's more difficult to find when heading north on Crabapple because you feel like you're out in the middle of nowhwere and have no conception of how far it is. scalbert 12-07-2005, 06:08 PM I have been by there hundreds of times and never noticed; the station right at the center of Crabapple. Thanks for the information!!! And fairly close; about 15 - 20 minutes on a fairly nice drive (with no traffic). <img src="http://www.flwse.com/images/steve/Dyno/fuel.JPG"> scalbert 12-07-2005, 06:09 PM I suspect it is at or near Dixie Speedway (can hear it at my house every Saturday night during the summer). mbox 12-07-2005, 08:59 PM but you have to go into the station and tell them to turn it on first. scalbert 12-08-2005, 05:48 AM Thanks again... |
