Just passing credit where it is due. Took my A6 in today for its 5K maintenance. Appointment made a week ago. I (and my A6) was in/out in an hour. A6 even got treated to A fresh bath by the detail folks.

when my wife and I first moved here, we needed to get a new car for her and we checked out Jim Ellis Madza (she liked the 6). I dont think I ever had a worse experience purchasing anything. I'm still upset at myself for putting up with their games for as long as we did (I think we were there for over an hour and we didnt even get to an agreeable number). We finally walked out and bought a Honda the next day from Ed Voyles. After talking to some people, we found it wasn't just us - seems like all of their divisions treat people pretty shabily. I can say that my Audi will never see the inside of their service department (unless Nalley goes out of biz for some reason!).
