well i finally got my car running properly and would like to go to the mountains for a nice drive. I've got myself and probably a 20th anniversary GTI coming and i'll call my friend with his e30 m3. wondering if anyone else is intersted in running up there to helen and grabbing some grub or ... whatever who cares .. i'm going for the drive!!!! hehe. anyone up for it. most likely gonna leave on saturday at 10 to catch lunch up in helen. we're gonna be meeting up at the rest area after exit 111 on 85N. we'll probably meet at 10 and not leave till 10:30. We can stop and get some race fuel at exit 16 on 985 if anyone wants. I believe it was 3.45/gallon per RobC. Its a short notice but whoever has some free time .. i'd like to be able to outnumber the rest of the cars coming.

need alignment after tieo rods and still waiting on one tire to replace my cupped and almost wasted rear tires. looks like to much toe in the rear made a wavy pattern in the rear.

I live off of Lawrenceville Suwanee so meeting up would be no problem. However, I have to work on Sundays..
I'm gonna install my xenon kit over the weekend if you want to help??? ^^;;

the rear feels perkier and feels like its turning better but my toe is way off in the front, pigeon toed at that. So i can't tell just yet, might go to Firestone for the lifetime alignments for $99. The one by my house actually have a new machine that will take lowered and modified cars.

...so that I can get into it.
If ya'll came up to Franklin, NC (what, about 1.75 hours from Atlanta), I could hook up and we could run up HWY 64 E through Highlands, Cashiers and down to Brevard.
Peace,
Kevin

I think the largest for an A4 is 21mm.

for the fwd, the options are 25mm and 28mm. The sway bolts right unto and along the rear axle and it doesn't replace anything. On Quattros, the bar is a replacement and I've seen 19mm Neus, and 22 0r 23mm h&r and hotschkis. (<<spelling?). I finally did my alginment last night and wow what a difference. Cut thru turns and car feels perky. I opted to go to Firestone b/c of the lifetime alignments, their new set up, and they are 3 minutes from the house. Oh and since its fwd, no special alignment is needed, especially since there is no alignment for the rear.

I live on the right side of 85. Do you know where Bruester's (ice cream shop) is? I live less than one minute from there.
