some like Neuspeed, some H&R
I want something that is good enough for the occasional track, but that I can soften up for long hauls. Adjustable, I know, but who and how much?
thanks!
For non-adjustable and good daily comfort I suggest H&R street coilovers. That's what I have on my car and it's perfect for driving around town. It's a little soft for hard-core track driving, but I have no problems with mine on Road Atlanta.
If you've got the money, you can go with the new H&R adjustables for about $600 more ($1200 vs. $1800).
If I had to do it over again, I'd probably go with Stasis Engineering. Theirs are fully adjustable with many spring rates to choose from. But your wallet will also feel it at $2200 for the set.

I am months away from buying
Ask me again when you're ready to buy. I'd actually already entertained the idea, but with the new house I have to watch my spending nowadays.
