View Full Version : which dealer in atl do you reccomend for schedules services? sj audi 03-18-2003, 10:36 AM allroaddog 03-18-2003, 11:47 AM I have only had my allroad 6 months but when my air-suspension module failed the service dept. got me scheduled and proveided an A6 loaner. I was pleased w/ the process. BluDemon 03-18-2003, 05:05 PM I have been going to them for 6 years and they have always pulled through. But for my S4 I'm going to do my own basic service (oil, filter, plugs)so I can save up for the big ones...i.e. belt, water pump, and timing belt changes...etc. Joe and Dave have always gotten me when I needed it. Maybe they make a special effort to get me in since I travel down from Chattanooga..but what the heck..I arrive I hand them the keys to my car they hand me a set to theirs and I'm off shopping. Have I had to deal with warranty issues with mods?. No..and since I have 62K I won't have to deal with it anyway. Chris rpineda 03-18-2003, 05:14 PM Ask for Becky or Crystal in svc. Have worked with them since '01 for my A4. JCF 03-18-2003, 05:34 PM Have always been honest and fair with me as far as service goes... I can't say as much for their parts department, had better experiences at JE for parts... but overall Nalley is great - and I didn't even buy my car from them. generic_screenname 03-18-2003, 11:03 PM reardensteel 03-19-2003, 04:05 PM Silver Stealth 03-20-2003, 12:08 PM My 10K service went without a hitch. Mr. fix-it 03-21-2003, 12:12 AM Jim Ellis doesn't seem to want to deal with you unless you drive a Porshe and your first name is DR.
