Agua Verde in the U-District -- the view and food cannot be beat during nicer weather, but be prepared for a wait on weekends.

Else, Eastlake Grille on Eastlake was decent with an adequately nice view.

... menu, and the view is from a spectacular hilltop location, looking northeast out over Lake Union. Palisade also has a great view, since it looks back at the city, as does Salty's.

... who will let you get a table using their membership. The view is breathtaking, though... I'm on 41 in the Columbia Tower and the 35 extra floors make it feel like a totally different building.

Seriously great restaurant, great location. Also worthwhile is Cafe Campagne downstairs. Slightly different food and not as much view, in fact really no view.

Took this picture last time we were there...
