but its obvious the guy is putting chains on the rear too.

I don't see any signs of him putting chains on in the rear (maybe I'm blind?). And it appears there's two people in the front seat... hence he's probably trying to drive.

There is one person in the front seat, and 2 head rests. And it appears by shadows seen on the ground that someone is doing something to the rear passanger side tire....

tell even more so that no one is in the drivers seat.

The passanger head rest is moved forward where the drivers head rest is moved backward, giving the allusion of someone being in the drivers seat. If anything there would be a 3rd person leaning forward from the back seat, but its not the driver, if it were the driver you would be able to tell much more clearly.

I notice that if you zoom in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over that it's a big waste of time.
