I'm embarrassed by what I paid -- Avant QMS, pelican blue w/conv., leather and Bose for only $1,200 under MSRP (had to fight for even that measly discount.) I should have shopped around more, but there are only three dealers within 150 miles of here and the buyer either dances to their tune or travels farther afield in search of a deal.<p>I would guess it would be easier to find a '98 at clearance than a '99.

I was giving the guy $1500 off the bat -'cause people need to make a profit or capitalism doesn't succeed. He convinced me to give him another $200 for something or other- net 34,200 - <br>pearl avant, leather (ecru w/ cool blue piping), quat, manual, sport pckg, conv. packg, bose everything I wanted) <p>What's a couple of hundy in this game - throw it in for good will so when you have the car serviced you can start a special relationship.
