Damn those things are fast. They are a blast to drive, lots of power down low. Also pretty smooth, real easy to speed when you arnt paying any attention to the speedo.

Clutch releases nice and early which is nice for my taste. I didnt have too much trouble breaking loose the tires either.

The seats are awesome, nice, supportive, comfortable.

I have fallen in love with the steering wheel. I cant explain, it is just a beautiful thing to hold on to.

I was staring down at the window sticker of a new GTI at Carter over the weekend. On the right hand portion of the page was a Pac NW Dealer "adjustment" of about $1800.

Is that for real? Hot car, but no way that I'd be up for that little extra.

I'd be really interested in what you can come up with turbo wise in that thing. I have heard some ruhmors that are not so great about the 2.0T's, but nobody has proved anything that i have heard of. So i'd like to see you fix something up : )

Either way...Chip and exhaust would be a real blast to drive. I think it could put up some good numbers on the track with those 2 parts on.

I drove by about a week ago and saw *i think* your car there. It must've been it... RS4 DTM's, lowered, etc. etc. but no e-codes? I drove through the lot again today to pick up a part and still saw the car there... is that yours?

Niether were on my list of cars to look at when i was buying because of size. so what is the primary difference?

FWD vs AWD
2 door vs 4door

probably one of the primary reasons why the 2door variance of the A3 isnt being released here, because it would be a major competator for their sales on the GTI.
