It sucks. Can't review the normal food menu but went to the bar and bought some of the appetizers from the late night menu. Highly overpriced for the VERY little food you get, and mostly tasted like crap. Bought a couple drinks, all had WAY to much ice in them and hardly any liquid, one "icee" type of drink was barely blended (huge chunks of ice) and tasted like cheap juice. The wait staff sucked too, had to ask for water 3 times over a 20 minute period and didnt stop by once after food/drinks were served. The food did come very quickly though (only about 5 mins from order time) and the atmosphere wasnt too bad, but not good enough to make up for the crappy food/drinks.

Manzana right down the street from Trader Vics is great, good service, good drinks, good happy hour. ZTejas is great for Tex-Mex, same things apply. I hit up the Pumphouse for a burger and a beer over on NE 8th by Whole Foods which is good as well.

What you're missing is that it's not the "bellevue dwellers" that go to those chain places.. it's all the people that come to the mall from outlying areas that eat that crap.
