I'll re-confirm with Cable's ECU and go from there. There is a small coolant leak, and night to tighten a fitting to the brakes since the pedal keeps getting soft.

The car idle's and runs great now and is not running rich anymore. The coolant leak appears to just be the coolant reservoir overflow line dripping onto the manifold. The brakes are stiff with the car off, but with the car on something is not right with the ABS pump. I think it's just a disconnected wire but I still haven't figured out where it plugs into :|
