Yesterday I went to Quizno's at lunch with my girlfriend. We set down our stuff, and here comes this guy who doesnt like me or my girlfriend Aiko (to those of you who have met her, shes 5'4 and less than 100lbs.) comes and sits to the table next to us. Immediately he starts talking trash about my girlfriend and me. We both tell him to shutup or leave, and he proceeds to flip us both off and tell us that "I actually wouldnt want to **** you, cause you are hella dirty" (How childish?) His insults continue, and so does our anger. He then comes over to my table when we werent listening to his comments and proceeds to make a huge scene in Quizno's by calling me a queer and the hugest fag he has ever met. I tell him to sit down, before he regrets being in my face. When he sits down he starts talking about Aiko and how shes a dirty whore...Lets just say that at this point Aiko was getting REALLY mad. I wasnt doing anything, because I am already on the verge of being expelled and I really didnt think any of this was worth it...Until, he says something about me. Aiko went nuts. She got up, went over to him and told him to shut the F*** up and went to push him. This next part may be upsetting to some, but he then grabbed her arm, socked her in the stomach and started to slam her repeatedly into the counter...All while I am running over there to get him off of her. When I get her away from him, he socks me in the side and then grabs my throat attempting to choke me out. Lets just say what I said next made him fear his own life enough to let go of my throat and soon after be physically thrown out of the store by the manager.

Why I tell you guys is this:
-Guys dont hit girls.
-He weighs twice as much as her, and is probably 6 times her strength.
-He was sexually harassing the both of us.
-He barely got in trouble by the school.
-"I cant do anything" about it...

Let me know what you guys think about this situation. I was pretty upset yesterday about it, and today; eventhough hes wasnt at school (because of it) his friends were laughing and talking about it today. I could take a few affirmative actions to this situation. I would like some guidance from everyone here who knows me. Thanks

maybe you need to tell the school, so that wont happen again to others.

Thats what is upsetting to me the most, cause if I wouldve done that type of crap to two people (one of them being a girl 1/2 my size) not only would I have been expelled but I wouldve been in jail. I just think it was really unfair.

Simple enough, report it to the police and school, and if they don't do anything, if the store manager backs you up hire a law firm and sue the hell out of the system until they put the guy in jail and so on..

what happened, get it on a report. They will do there own investigation, if the manager and your stories collaborate along with your girlfriend, it is likely the police will prosecute him.

That usually gets the system to take notice. This guy needs to be expelled at the very least. Also depending on school rules you and your GF may want to think about carrying some sort of personal protection (mace, taser) even if the guy is expelled it's no guarantee that would be the end of your troubles with him.
On the same subject were'nt you the guy who posted about 6 months back about a group of A-holes from your school F-ing with your car?

see if anybody in the local newspaper, television is interested in hearing such a story. The schools and local government usually get very uncomfortable under the microscope of the media. It gets out in the news that the school and the police won't do anything about the harassment, the woman beating... that equals bad press. Nobody likes bad press... especially a school and the city. The media could bring this to light and next thing you know, the jerk is gone, and anybody like him will be on notice.

The only option is to file AS MANY ****ing charges against him as possible. Sounds like you have quite a few by your description of the situation. You & your GF also probably have the marks/brusing to back it up.

Even though school might be a lost cause, I'd take a run at them anyhow... see if you can screw him up there too. But whatever you do you CANNO'T retaliate. Seriously, though... legal action is probably the best recourse. If you were to kick his ass, it could lead to escalation. He may come back with a knife or a gun depending on how much of a f*ckhead he is.

He obviously has some serious mental issues. You both not only need to file a police report, but a restraining order as well. Take pictures of any marks on you (neck?) and your girlfriend, preferably at a medical clinic so they can be legally documented. Also, get statements from the manager and any other employees at Quiznos who witness the beating.
And like the others here said, get yourselves some sort of protection (pepper gas or stun gun would be best).

Call the police, file as many charges as possible, and make sure you get a statement for the quizno's store manager. Go to a clinic or whatever and document all the bruises and marks. Call a lawyer and take the guy for everything he's got. And if you can, call the media and put some pressure on your school to do something about this kid. Don't go out for revenge as it will just make it worse. I feel for both you and your gf, you guys are totally cool.

Even if he's just a minor. It could get him a juvenile record and potentially get him into some counseling, which he obviously needs. You have witnesses at the quiznos.

I'm glad you were able to show so much restraint in that situation...I don't think I would have been able to. I tend to be very mellow, but when someone goes to far (like that situation) I tweak and WILL kill them with my bare hands if someone doesn't pull me off, which thankfull always happens. Seriously, everything seems to stop when I tweak and I usually end up with them in a sleeper hold lol.
