So I ordered the ECS timing belt kit with water pump. I called the other shop in Redmond European Car Authority just to see how much they charge to install the parts, in case my friend flakes on the job..

610.00 bucks.. I am guessing about 5 hours shop time to install everything?

So the job market pays less, but the auto shops still charge you a arm and a leg..

Shop or person? What price range we looking at? My friend says he will do it, but he hasn't done alot of Audi's, just VW..

The car is a 99.5 A4 1.8T
