There has been alot of talk recently about two meets per month instead of one. So Mike Norwood, Mike Huff, and myself (Cable) thought it might be cool to schedule an event to supplement the additional meets. So here is what we came up with.
SAC - Go cart League
When? - Five weeks long beginning October 1st
Where? - Champs carting (location to be decided)
How much? - $150
How long? - Unlimited carting for 2-2.5 hours
What cars? - "Turbo" electric indoor cars
What Day? - Thursdays
What time? - 7:30pm - 9:30/10pm
We even have a built in instructor, kr 350 (Kyle). Where you at? Feedback welcome.....
Also, we will soon begin producing a few t-shirts for our club so keep your eyes out for them. Any question just ask Mike Huff.

He had races down there. I am interested, but I can't say I'm too fond of Champs Karting. I've found the management there to be a bunch of jerks :/ (Specifically this one older guy at the bellevue track)

There is an indoor karting place right off the Mukilteo speedway just below Paine Field...not too bad of a place...maybe an alternate?

...the Seattle location has a larger track and the Manager was way cool. The whole thing with Champs is ease of location, indoor track (no weather issues), and they are flexible on dates.
Plus the turbo cars totally drift, burn out, and can fade. They have power. Probably nothing like Kyles car but, juice nontheless.
Lets do this I am hyped!

According to the manager we may be able to alternate locations depending on support of each location. That might be cool to switch up tracks.
I don't really have a preference for the indoor karting, never been to any of them.

The reason I was proposing Champs is because it is a one time $150 fee. With that we get unlimited racing. That is a deal and a half. The League night is already set up. Currently, at the Seattle location there is only one other group signed up so it would be us and them. Not a bad setup......IMO.
Sounds like we have about 6 people interested. I will formalize the details and repost. Remember if you have any interest not sign in because you cannot join league midterm. You can however come and hang out. They have pool tables, video games, and get this, they serve alcohol there.
Don't drink and cart............

Although I prefer Sykart. Although in fairness, I've never been to the Champs Seattle place. The Champs Redmond place is way too small.
Not a huge fan of the electric karts, but they're ok.
