i have a 01 VW GTI.. the fools at best buy couldn't install it..if you guys know a place/someone that can install it let me know. thanks

My two cents:

A. Clifford alarms are crap. I've owned a few - I know.
B. You're gonna pay a pretty penny to get it installed anywhere besides where you bought it and if it's not a clifford dealer they might bunk it up.

Return it and get a DEI or alpine alarm at car toys or Magnolia Hi-Fi. They're better alarms and you get free install I think.

well according to time magazine the rs3 is the best.. i got the alarm becuz it retails for 500 buks and i got it for less than 200 brand new.. a few of my friends have the alarm and it works well.. i got prox's too so it'll help me out.. i just need someone to install it now.. thanks for your opinion tho.
