I've got in strange situation on a car service.
I took a quote from them for Transmission fluid change which was $150. Even before starting this service I asked them again about the price.
Finally, when the service was done they gave me a bill which was more on almost $100 that we were discussed before, for $236. It was totally insane. They didn't want to give my car back and insisted to pay the bill. I don't believe this is way to treat customers. How can I punish them?
What my options are?
