I'm hoping to get some feedback on this lease deal that I'm about to sign.

2009 A4 Avant with Bang Olufsen, Drive Select & Metallic Paint. The list price is $51,850.

$685/mo (8% PST and 5% GST included)on a 4 yr lease with 20km/year include

Plus $2700 due on delivery as they are waiving the first month's payment and deposit.

I know in March of 08 they had lease rates as low as 1% but I'm not sure how much I want to wait or if we'll see a return of those deals.

Does your price includes the freight & PDI?

So I guess from your feedback it's a good deal.

Yes Freight & PDI are included. Audicare is also included.

there's no way this can be done. This vehicle at cost leases for roughly $900 with about $3k on delivery. It can't even be done with supplier programs or any other combination.

Any supplier or other discounts?

The freight/PDI is counted in the $2700?

What's the interest rate?

but I'm getting emails with programs and promos so I'm not really sure. Sounds like BS to me.

It seems every demo has ADS, while few non-demo inventory cars do...

perhaps $685 + tax. Have you done a deal already?

They have the best prices.

Seems very reasonable. Your total payments are about $32k over 4 years and the residual is probably around $25k so you're paying about $6k in interest which isn't bad.

I know that I am especially with the deal that you got. My built price came out to 48.8K, so it's almost within your deal range that you got.

.. I suspect that something's missing or misunderstood, price is way too attractive. Perhaps it was that lease payment PLUS taxes.....

Yes, I signed the deal. I got a deep sea blue with beige interior. I hope to get delivery this week.

The due at delivery ended up being $3150 as I took the option for the 3M clearbra protection which added about $450 to the deal.

Yes, the payment is still $686/mo.

I guess based on everyone's comments, its a pretty good deal.

You're getting the car for supplier, plus some hefty discount from the dealer?

What's the interest rate on this thing?!

Supplier, plus another $1500 discount.

3.9% lease rate on Avants, eh? That's lower than on sedans. (hey afretes, what's the 48 mo lease rate on sedans?)

I thought I saw 5.9% being advertised in December...

Plus Audi doesn't really provide great lease rates on new models anyways.

A few months ago, Audi.ca's special offers section had the rates. I think it was (for 36 months) 3.9% for Avants, 5.4% for 2.0T sedans, and 6.9% for 3.2 sedans.
