I think the trash guy was probably going a bit fast (without knowing the road and conditions, hard to say), but this is just plain silly. The cop showed no judgement, and the lawmakers who gave them the power need to be checked.

Too bad it isn't 30+ degrees right now, imagine the smell at that impound lot? :)

I have to say, I'm not sure what to think!
