I just got a kkk turbo from an S4 to put on my 1.8t. If I install the Wetter chip will I need other mods or do you think that Wetter would sell me the chip from the turbo upgrade package? Could I leave the standard Wetter chip (1 bar) and benifit from the add volume? Woudl turbo lag be a problem? Also, I have a intercooler from the same car, about the same size as the current one in the 1.8t but could I add it on the other side of the car (ala 1.8t TTS)? <br>You mean previous generation S4 right? Cause the new S4 has 2 IHI turbos which are roughly about the same size as the standard K03 and it has i believe 2 intercoolers. If you have a turbo from the previous generation S4/S6, the Wett chip will not work because that KKK is a model K24 which uses an external wastegate. ECU's are programmed for specific turbo flow characteristics.
