the gym relocated behind the Home Depot off of Laird

the gym owner is named Brian

as I have been out of the city for over a year not sure of George still teaches there (i think he does - he may also work out of other places and can help you with info)

George was my teacher for 1 year - great guy

Boxing is the greatest workout ever invented - the first time you try and hit a heavy bag for 3 minutes I guarantee you your left arm and back will feel like you just did 1000 pushups
