Beware of Shell touchless car wash..
That touchless car wash from Shell was so hard on the car that for the first time water made it into the passengers footwell. I checked and the cabin filter was really wet... And on top of everything it did not even try to clean the rear bumper and mirrors..

Man I was so mad I wanted to complain right there but had to run to pick up the wife... I'll send a letter or something.. Its unreal how bad it is...

Nothing compares to Coop and Esso touchles..

BTW the touchless car wash is the one in Chinook Mall in Cowtown..

Hard on the paint, it isn't great for cleaning everything, risk damaging your rims....

I'd rather have the dirt off weekly then waiting a month or two (or a whole winter) to wash by hand.

While sitting in line at the touchless today the owner's manual mentioned automatic carwashes (all types) were OK - but to watch for potential scratches. If my car were new I would be more careful - but it ain't.

once. Never again. I did a horrible job and wasn't cheap. Now I go to the wand/hand wash next door.

its probably obstructed with leaves or something,common fix for water coming into passenger footwell
