Any suggestions how to live with these murderers on the highways ? Almost run down by one traveling 90mph> on I-40W in East Tennessee.

I currently live in NC in the Triad area. This has to be the semi capital of the country. It seems as though the local news here reports a death or maiming by semi about once a week, especially along I-40. I really hate the bastards, and try to stay out of their way.

Sorry about your bad experience. Mine has been that in general, they're better drivers (more alert, generally more considerate of other traffic) than 95% of the car num-nuts in their mini-vans, sport-utes, pick-up-ups, or you-name-it 4-wheelers. This is in PA, OH, NJ, WV part of country.
