A Mothers clay bar and Mequires 1-2-3 (or the Mother equivelent)does wonders if your planning to do your shopping at Crappy Tire. If your looking for the more exotic stuff, Plexus (polishing plastic) or Aerospace 303 (for all platic and rubber, good on wheels), Royal Disributing has it, I think they are in T.O. My favorite auto supply store went under and I just orderd a gallon of 303 from them via the internet ... go big or go home is my motto :). (Zellers sells 303 nationally but they only sell it in tiny squirt bottles in Calgary)

Wallmart sells a good sheep skin wash mitt for cheap. BTW, those cheap foam paint brushes work great for getting at those hard to reach places in the front and back windshields. I also use them to apply 303 on door gaskets, exterior plastic trim and tires.

The exotic waxes recomended on the Detailing Forum are greatly over rated IMHO but I seem to keep buying P21S because I'm stuck on paste wax. Last summer I used some old Mequires wax that I had kicking around on half my car and P21S on the other half ... I honestly couldn't tell the difference. Sorry for rambling on, detailing is one of my hobbies.
