Guess the owners feel that owning a competing dealer is a hedge.....?

The same guy who undercuts and rips off his employees at that.. I had an ex girlfriend who worked there for three months (@Burlington Mazda).. at the end of three months she owed them money (they had it so that all the money she was making was going to a "training program" while she was selling cars..)

I never really understood why she kept the job as long as she did, but what can you do?
