So ... Dealer support? Personal experience? Any
purchase or warranty stories - good or bad?

I'm trying to get a bead on the different dealers
and shops people have been using in the area such
that I avoid any problems.

They will pick up your car for service if you bought from them. Is that worth an extra $2000 plus taxes on the vehicle? I didn't think so.

they may not be so flexible on new car prices but they were quite accomadating on used ones. But then again, I bought a used S4 from them 3 weeks after 9/11 when no one was buying anything. I paid $41900 for a 2000 S4 with 23,000 kms. They were asking $48,000. Perhaps it was a distress sale. I looked around for new ones and went to every Audi dealer in the Toronto area. From my research, Bramgate Audi were the most flexible on price. I really wanted to buy from them but then this one at Pfaff came up. Bramgate also will pick up you car with a loaner for service. Better to drive to brampton than all the way to Newmarket. If I bought another Audi again, and I will (B6 S4?), I will definitely go to Bramgate.

I looked at that car and may have even taken it
out. Unfortunately I was in a bad spot after 9/11
so I had to pass it up.

Silver on Onyx, right? :)

Don't expect massive deals on hot cars, like the current A4, but they are willing to deal.

I go in for my first service this friday so I can't comment about their service department yet.

is yours, may I ask?

Dave MacDonald will treat you well in Service, much more flexible on the
issue of service loaner that another local dealer :)

Tks.
