Are you running Forge, Bailey or 710Ns? Was it due to the existing ones failing or because you chipped your car?

View Full Version : Anyone replace stock BPVs? SmackS4 07-26-2002, 09:50 AM Are you running Forge, Bailey or 710Ns? Was it due to the existing ones failing or because you chipped your car? YS4 07-26-2002, 09:57 AM after I get back from holidays, Twin2 exhaust and DTS go on... after that will be the TBB and BPV. No particular reason, just don't want any future problems.. preventative medicine. Then the DP's and finnally chip. Owning an S4 can be expensive indeed. AmanS4 07-26-2002, 10:42 AM If you're JUST looking for reliability, get the 710 N's....kevlar diaphragm. 60 bucks a pop rather than 200. If you want to be able to write in your sig that you're sporting Forge, do it. I'm considering the same. Leave the bailey's. I've heard they're not as good as the forge, from someone that had the baileys on their car. No complaints about the forge yet that i've come across (lifetime warranty, who can complain?). BTW, don't expect any noticable performance from the BPV's. 'Preventative Medicine' is right! Later Aman essforr 07-26-2002, 11:07 AM I'm trying to get comfortable with the chipping/modding and warrantee effect YS4 07-26-2002, 11:23 AM If you can't afford to fix it, you can't afford to mod it.
