I was wondering if anyone had positive/negative feedback about their dealer, just to get an idea of where the good ones are. I may be moving shortly and it would be nice to have some feedback to go on.

Personally I've dealt with Mark Motors of Ottawa and have had nothing but fantastic sales and service. Sometimes you have to book way in advance for regular maintenance but their other services are excellent.

... but they've moved the Audi part to Glenmore and so far things are good. Southcentre bit the big one though.

Two years ago I was screwed by them, taken them to Small Claims Court and got half of what I was claiming back. Still lost $1,000+. Now they are under investigation by the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Counsil because they have grossly overinflated my lease payout by $2,700, refused to disclose their calculations and blamed the discrepancy on VCI's (Volkswagen Credit Inc.) "computer system outage".

After they screw you once (and hit with a lawsuit $$$) they will go out and screw you TWICE. And each time it is not just a few hundred bucks, but several thousand dollars.

These scumbags are a shame to Canadians. Avoid Kingston Volkswagen at all costs.

Here, here. I could tell a few stories about these clowns. My hunch is they had to change locations just to reduce the number of complaints against them.

My negative experiences have continued into the Glenmore location, too. My advice is don't have anything to do with these clowns, ever. I'm SOOO happy my lease is up and I don't have to see them. I'd rather WALK then deal with them.

If Audi were really serious about becoming a great company, they would do well to dump some of these disreputable and lousy dealers!

Any examples or things I should be wary of?

I've only had my A4 in three times, but have been happy, always gotten loaners, etc.
