it's not a huge garage by any means, there is going to be some storage on the side, might be good for bikes and air compressor. Also, I've elected to leave the downstairs bathroom unfinished and use it as tool storage/shop area.

I prefer it to having more houses behind mine, gives us some privacy and separates us from the main road.

Yup, there's a cleanout should you get a backup from there to the street...hope you never need it.

I know builders and a smart owner keeps track of what's going on. Particularly with a multi-home site, lots of mistakes get made, or something gets left out, or the wrong materials get used. Squeaky wheels get the grease.
