Epoxy, lighting, cabinets, and a place for spillage mats for when Rob comes over :-)

it's not a huge garage by any means, there is going to be some storage on the side, might be good for bikes and air compressor. Also, I've elected to leave the downstairs bathroom unfinished and use it as tool storage/shop area.

I prefer it to having more houses behind mine, gives us some privacy and separates us from the main road.

Yup, there's a cleanout should you get a backup from there to the street...hope you never need it.

making trips to see how thigns are going... it's an annoyance... I mean, come on, the house ain't going anywhere and YES, they're going to build it like you asked for it and YES they're going as fast as they can (afterall, workers are not machines).

I know builders and a smart owner keeps track of what's going on. Particularly with a multi-home site, lots of mistakes get made, or something gets left out, or the wrong materials get used. Squeaky wheels get the grease.
