a few. She just passed the bar recently but the work has been thrown at her pretty steady. I don't think they look at them in terms of win/loss, because typically they agree to get in a program (recommended before going to court actually) and some fine and perhaps community service. If the person wants to plead not guilty, well, then that is a completely different story. Let me know if you want me to put you in touch.
