There are more houses out there then I'm able to look at, and we've been looking for a few weeks now. On that note, good luck to Chris on the sale, hope yours is in the minority that gets sold quickly.

Will probably end up in Flower Hill or Montgomery Village when the time comes.

especially when the market's so slow for sellers AND we set the price for the block back in April... oh, about 30k less than what he's asking. :P

I checked the one source I know of for sale data (washingtonpost) and it wasnt there. I wasnt really that motivated to find a site that had the info.

were you renting it back then, or was that a different place? You hosted a gtg and that dude Arash changed his timing belt and I tried to install my RS4 bumper

That always adds some value.

Foreclosures up 90% from 1 yr ago.

================================================== =====
NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. home foreclosures in May jumped 90 percent from a year earlier, reflecting a poor spring housing market and foreshadowing even higher levels later in 2007, real estate data firm RealtyTrac said on Tuesday.

The May foreclosures -- a sum of default notices, auction sale notices and bank repossessions -- totaled 176,137, up 19 percent from April, the firm said in its May 2007 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report.

Hopefully you bought something else in 1999 that is now "worth" much more.
