you all with your headlights. Ask anyone, I'm more than happy to help out folks on the forums, once I get to know them. I think I speak for 4Rings as well when I say that neither of us have met you all in person yet.

Come out to a social event sometime, we go drinking, etc. all the time at various places. Once we get to know you past your internet personae we'll be more than happy to open up our resources, garages, expertise, etc. But looking back to folks I've meet on here, there's about 1% who if I knew what they were like in person I wouldn't have bothered with. Not saying you're like that, but both 4Rings and I are currently really busy with our cars, so we have to have a really good reason to step away on a warm weekend. It's priorities.

With that said, I'll be working mostly alone tomorrow on my car, brake flush, painting rear calipers. Sunday I had planned to help Arob with his car, in addition to running an "errand" with him.

You're still welcome to come by but I don't have the experise to do the CC and HID (I did it once and it turned out like sh1t) and I'll be busy doing work on my car. I'm afraid you'd be on your own doing these mods.

BTW Roger, I saw a real nice red "errand" go by during lunch today :)

I can only speek for myself, as I have never met any of the other fellows myself either, but as I work in baltimore and can never make it to balston on Wednesdays on happy hours for the $1 beer. I understand that you are busy and thats OK, I think you gotta do what you gotta do, there are always priorities in life.
Meanwhile, I would like to thank 4Rings for offering his place for meet up. I guess we can call it off Roger.

or join the local Audi club also. Bunch O them are here too. I lurked for a few months, before I felt comfy posting. Then finally got chance to meet a few handfull of the people here thru local ACNA events: a few DIY/Tech days & DEs. I live 1 hr S of Annapolis. So I don't make it to the NoVA area social GTGs either. Hoping to make one soon tho.

Roger's wonderfully helpful. But this is the internet and it's wise for us all to excercise prudent precautions. Also sounds like this wkend a lot of folks are trying to take care of more urgent car issues. How urgently does the CC mod need to go in? Don't feel bad. Maybe stop by 4Rings if able, just to meet-n-greet and give a brief helping hands. He would likely appreciate the help.

Everyone here I've met thus far has been very friendly & helpful. So from 1 new guy to another, Welcome!
