plus my wife just got 30% knocked off of hers because they are restructuring the loan program in Belize and she's never missed a payment... Things are getting better. Now if I could only tackle my mortgage payment!

and the interest is deductible. and yes, purchasing a house is next on my list. but i must decide if i want to take another opportunity overseas.
