shoudl be getting my I5 10vt block back from the machine shop this week and want to get cracking on painting.

I don't want to do the typical black, red or blue block... I'm looking to go something a lil more extreme, like a lambo orange (yes I'm serious).

I know I can get the hightemp primer at the local autozone, but for the top color, what about something other than safety orange?

Thanks guys!

call a couple local paint shops, they should be able to help you find something.

I'll have to call around and see... Napa only had Chevy big block orange, which is nice and all, but not as obnoxiously bright as I wanted :)

Advanced Auto is suppose to have more of a selection so we'll see what I can find. Something tells me that a custom mixed color is gonna be big $$ though, which I don't wanna do honestly.

I knew because I saw you thinking out loud on Andy's post on in the B5 forum.

Im sure you could find something online?

yeah, i'll try to google a little bit I guess. Most come in the standard "chevy orange, gm/chrylser blue, daytona yellow, etc etc" If they had an orange that was as bright as the daytona yellow, we'd be in business!!
